And have been nothing but happy one strand just quit working contacted customer service and they sent out a new set no questions asked and a return label to mail back broken set at their expense

Thank god i purchased a 4yr protection plan however because i am in the 30day window they want me to somehow contact the buyer first to get it rectified

They are unbreakable which was awesome when a storm ripped them down
