I don't think I could say enough good things about this 18piece make-up brush kit! When it first came in I was excited for how nice the case was. I opened the case and found each brush tucked into its own slot and wrapped in plastic. Theres a pouch for storage on each end of the case. There's a brush for everything, powder, foundation, bronzer, blush, different shadows brushes based on how you're blending amongst others! The brushes are so incredibly soft! I've used several brands and some are just OK, some are nice, some feel like sand rubbing on my skin, some don't pick up make-up, and then there's the soft amazing feel of these! Another thing I like about these brushes is that even though they're soft, they pick up my make-up pigments well. One swipe over my blush, and I have enough on my brush to apply. I'm also not having to press hard onto my skin to get these to blend. I sweep the brushes over gently and they blend the colors nicely and evenly. I have sensitive eyes that water from too stiff or scratchy brushes. I have no problems with these because A) they're so soft and B) you don't need tons of force to blend. I did wash all of these brushes prior to using with regular make-up brush gel cleanser. I wet the brushes, added a dab of cleanser, and gently worked a lather into them. I rinsed them thoroughly and patted each one dry with a towel and left them laying on their sides on another hand towel to dry. They were dry by the next morning. I highly recommend gently washing your brushes this way and laying them flat to dry. This way you don't pull out bristles and if they're laying sideways to dry (as opposed to standing up) the water won't settle in the base and loosen the bristles over time.
