Pros

I have morton’s neuroma which has been a struggle for 4 years. These reasonably-priced, highly effective insoles are a godsend. Years of pain in my metatarsals, bunions beginning, etc.

Emsold deserves credit for delivering a solid product at a low price. The seller is personable and friendly, too. Excellent craftsmanship and really high quality insert.

Life changer. Nike running shoes are 10. They are hard, but my underlying shoe has good padding and the insoles work great. My leather boots are as perfect as a heavy leather boot can be now.

Cons

The met pads are a little too stiff for me, under the ball of the foot instead of the metatarsal joint. Being that they are small they slide around and don't do the job. If these don't work, you'll need to print labels and stand in line at post office... Read More
