They seem well made. They come with detailed instructions. They are fantastic! Highly recommend.

Seller also sends alot of helpful educational information along with product. Company provides explanation and diagrams of how the pads provide support. They do what the seller indicates.

Cons

The metatarsal pad is supposed to be below the ball of the foot. Instead here, the pad is literally on the ball f the foot, so it is putting more pressure on the painful area. These inserts are hard as a rock and hurt my foot even more wearing them.

For the last 25 years i have worn the isoarch insole with metatarsal pad

I have tried a large number of insoles and separate metatarsal pads but most do not have enough enough heel cup to relieve planta fasciitis or enough support under the forefoot

For a full length insole the powerstep pulse with metatarsal pad is great in boots and running shoes but does not fit in my dress shoes

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Unfortunately this product did not sufficiently address my needs

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The insole was only 34 length of shoe and my podiatrists recommended full length

Also there was no soft padding on top of the rigid frame which my others have to allow the extended wear time needed

If you have severe mortons neuroma you should check with your podiatrist to ensure this insole meets your specific situation

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I have nerve damage which adds to the neuroma
