The seller includes a very helpful letter explaining why these work. The company provides explanation and diagrams of how the pads provide support.

If using over an existing insole, a dab of glue works to keep them from sliding. They are quite stiff so put them under a thin insole so the bump doesn’t annoy your foot.

With thin soled shoes, the footlogics felt better. They hold up well, they flatten out after about six months in my hikers. Size is true to my shoe size.

Well made product. Very sturdy. Price seems reasonable. Excellent craftsmanship and really high quality insert.

Cons

The metatarsal pad promotes & directs pain/pressure to the ball of foot. These inserts are hard as a rock and hurt my foot even more wearing them. The sizing on these seems off.

The supplier was very easy to deal with and gladly refunded purchase price

Theres a little squeak in the bondis but i havent noticed one in the gaviotas

Competitiveness

Not sure an orthotic prescribed by a podiatrist would be much cheaper or better even if insurance covered some of the cost

But i really wanted to wear these with my tevas
