Pros

The this is superior "off the shelf" shoe insert/orthotic. They require a few tries to get used to, so don't give up if they feel a little uncomfortable at first.

This product is down right beautiful, inexpensive and worked for my issue. The seller is personable and friendly, too. Make sure to follow the break-in instructions.

It’s so awesome to be able to teach/play golf and walk/hike absolutely pain free! Now can hike over 10 miles without pain! The combo allows me to walk all day without pain.

Innersole is firm, yet does not hurt my feet. They support my foot perfectly to alleviate that shooting pain from my ball to my middle toes.

Cons

The metatarsal pad promotes & directs pain/pressure to the ball of foot. The sizing on these seems off. They have bugs they need to work out.

Would also be nice if you could choose left or right foot for this product

After many shoes later and many insolesinserts podiatrists xrays and money i think ive found a fix for my forefootmetatarsalgia pain

Not sure an orthotic prescribed by a podiatrist would be much cheaper or better even if insurance covered some of the cost
