The esmold is a fabulous product. It has more stiffness than the old isoarch, an appropriatly sized and positioned metatarsal pad, and fits nicely in dress shoes and other low volume footwear. They come with detailed instructions.

For the last 25 years i have worn the isoarch insole with metatarsal pad

I have tried a large number of insoles and separate metatarsal pads but most do not have enough enough heel cup to relieve planta fasciitis or enough support under the forefoot

For a full length insole the powerstep pulse with metatarsal pad is great in boots and running shoes but does not fit in my dress shoes

The insole was only 34 length of shoe and my podiatrists recommended full length

Also there was no soft padding on top of the rigid frame which my others have to allow the extended wear time needed
