Pros

If using over an existing insole, a dab of glue works to keep them from sliding. They are quite stiff so put them under a thin insole so the bump doesn’t annoy your foot.

The seller is personable and friendly, too. I have morton's neuroma which has been a struggle for 4 years. These rival the pair i had professionally made several years ago for $700.

Cons

The metatarsal pad promotes & directs pain/pressure to the ball of foot. The pads are a little too stiff for me.
