They do not fit snugly but if you use wire ties you can lock them down nicely

Used for porch railing but bc the railing is vinyl coated it slips to one side even when secured

They would have been perfect if the plate at the bottom didnt have a hole in the centre so all the water leaks out

Ive plug the hole but it would have been way better with just a plate
