It is adjustable. To give you the right amount of fit around the waist. It is a great design for women, as it doesn't smash your breasts flat!

My new one (16lb adjustable version) seems to either have a better or newer design (has 2 buckle/straps on each side) it is intense. Started with 10 lbs and added 2 more lbs 3 days later. The body gets strong and it is able to carry heavier weight.

Seems durably made and zero issues with using it so far. Decent for the price.

Also seems calming. Gradually will add more. Would definitely recommend this product.

Cons
