This tool is great. Relieved muscle knot on my shoulder that my expensive electric * could not use on soles of feet by placing tool on floor then face tool ball up. It is great for that but a little awkward when holding to massage.

It's actually really useful. Wow it works like a charm. Highly recommend. This really comes in handy since i work at a desk 9 hours a day.

The only thing i cannot comment on is the durability. It is sturdy. It's durable and strong, but does have a bit of give so it doesn't snap with the slightest bit of pressure.

It covers more surface area making it more gentle as you dig in. It reaches around my chest to my back for the rhomboids area.

Blue plastic has a weird splotchy layer of shinty/whiteish. They’re also much too close together. However, it’s also extremely rigid. Kind of flimsy and oddly shaped.

The ball at the end of the j hook is to close to the cane. This means the two small balls on the cane cannot be used to massage the neck. The j hook needs to be much wider. I'm returning it.
