Im 6 foot tall 170 pounds my jeans i wear a 3434 i bought medium great fit not quite as good as calvin kleins wish they had more of a pouch but the price was great compared to tommy hill finger i paid 27 for tommy hill fingers they were garbage in the trash not sure if i buy again
