Pros

The weight is very good, the color is vivid (flourescent green) and the overall coating feels like the gloved hand of an nfl receiver. Great for my little 10lb dog. My arm about gets * out of socket but it stops her every time.

The lanyard retracts quickly and smoothly and doesn't tangle. Even when it isn't supposed to be rewinding, it does. The only complaint is that when i lock it the coil takes another couple inches of lead to actually lock.

This is honestly the best one of any brand i have ever tried. Everything works very smoothly and has an excellent feel to it. Oh yeah, and it is much cheaper than the previous ones i bought!

Cons

Here's my original mess of incoherent thoughts if anyone was interested. Tried contacting customer service twice with zero response. Returning and ordering a different brand.

The retraction spring isn't very strong. Is has virtually no capability to retract. Regrettably, the retraction capabilities of this leash are unable to support its own weight.
