Pros

Ekman and the dalai lama have a unique bond. Eckman are very insightful and opinionated. Paul ekman is a wonderful author.

When two of the world's top communicators get together, sparks fly! It is easy to pick up and get right into this way! These two are remarkable together sharing their insite and wisdom. It's very helpful and useful to know this sort of knowledge.

Paul ekman brings his own life experiences to light in the book which adds authenticity to the discussion. However there is lot of overlap and the books brings them to light.

Cons

His accent, combined with very poor recording quality are to blame for this. Boooooooo :( very boooo.
