Pros
They pivot quickly and don’t get hung up sideways. They glide so easily. With the caveat of being prepared for your chair returning to a state of youthful nervous energy.
These inline skate style office chair caster wheels are good quality and very simple to install. If your chair still has the stock caster wheels, these are a good upgrade.
No more hair, fuzz etc clogging them up. They easily replaced the wheels i had, they roll and swivel well.

I have low pile carpet down stars in my wifes sewing room but there is 12inch padding underneath

They werent smooth and constantly caught on everything
At closer to 20 this would definitely be a 5star item but the price seems a bit high for what this is

These wheels seem to be made of polyurethane instead of rubber which seems way better actually

The wheels have less surface area touching the ground so when you sit in the chair it ends up making deeper divots that are hard to roll out of
