It makes a powdery residue, so it does work. Don't hesitate to buy this. A little messy to use as dry skin flies off as a fine, white dust, but that just shows it's working.

Roller grit is too coarse, being the equivalent of using 80 - 100 grit sandpaper. It has no speed or torque control, so it grabs and gouges you with only the lightest pressure. Phone disconnected and mailing address bogus.
