The gears on the unit and head are plastic so the gear on the head strips and render the head useless

I cant shave with a razor anymore after 8 back surgeries i have way too much nerve damage and after trying a couple months ago i literally took off about 2 to 3 inches of skin should have hurt like hell but didnt even feel it
