Pros
The sensi thermostat has great functionality and user interface with the sensi app. After a few days of use the stat seems to now reconnect to wi-fi after connectivity was lost. Wifi pairing however is a bit of a challenge.

I am that guy who always seems to get befuddled when tackling any electrical related home projects. It is just the addition we were looking for to make our home even smarter.
The app shows the current temperature setting and humidity in the home. It turns the heat back up when you are on your way home, and vice versa for cooling. My only complaint is there is no way to run the fan only, without cooling or heating.
Cons
During the day, it automatically dims the display so much you can't read it because light in the room is too bright. This is partially my fault, because there are other amazon reviews reporting the same (time shift) issue. Will update if issue is fixe... Read More
The cooling cycle rate is only a few tenths + or - of a degree at the slow rate. There also does not appear to be any time delay program to keep the compressor from short cycling. This is horrible for compressor life.

Must have a dual band router though because 2gh is required not 5gh as most iphone es are set at
