Everything about this thermostat is awesome. No regrets at all. The positives.

The sensi thermostat has an easy-to-use mobile app. The app walks you through the installation effortlessly. App makes scheduling straightforward.

Cons

Reviewer had to disconnect because of other obligations. It has connectivity issues. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to turn back on. Without connectivity, many features of the thermostat are unavailable.

The fan however keeps blowing but the condenser stops. The cooling cycle rate is only a few tenths + or - of a degree at the slow rate. This is horrible for compressor life.

It feels like an insurance scam. Wasted money. All of which are pointless and a waste of time.
