I tried the keystone lcd 5000 btu windowair conditioner kstaw05ce which got such high ratings but found it extremely noisy and sent it back

I guess i have 3 main complaints its really hard to touchchange the settings on the ac itself

The buttons arent very responsive and you have to hit them just right

Buttons are a little strange function though almost like smelling the future to be like capacitive touch or no buttons at all

This unit is somewhat more quiet than the average ac unit only on the lowest fan setting
