Pros

It cools my bedroom quickly and keeps it comfortable. It’s small and light and completely chills my 12”x20” room.

The compressor is indeed very quiet. It’s louder than the old lg 5,000 btu we had in the daylight basement.

The smart ac capabilities are awesome! It's far better than trying to use the remote that comes with it. Remote control works and comes w/ batteries. Imo this one is so much better than the 5,000 btu unit that couldn't keep up.

Cons

I'm horrified by the design. The instruction manual is also completely unhelpful. Some of us buyers that wall install not window install and that's a lot of work.

I run my ac all night on eco so periodically it shuts off and runs again. Temp climbs to 88 degs and then locks up.

These air conditioners are extremely loud. Watching tv is pretty unbearable because it’s that loud. It's pretty quiet, but it doesn't shoot out very cold air, even on the max setting. It is very noisy and the temperature has to be set below 70 to get ... Read More
