Remote control works and comes w/ batteries. Cools my living room down in about 7-10 min or so depending on how hot it is outside. Cooling is on the weak side but does a solid job of cooling a 150 sq ft room. Smart ac capabilities are awesome!

The air conditioner is very quiet even while the compressor is running. The noise level is medium, about what you’d expect on any ac. It’s louder than the old lg 5,000 btu we had in the daylight basement.

We are very impressed with it and sorry that we wasted money last year on a movable floor type that was more expensive. I was delivered within two days and in perfect condition.

The air conditioner is fairly useless if it doesn't cool to the target temperature. It is very noisy and the temperature has to be set below 70 to get cool air to come out. Poor quality and loud.

There's no quality control or useabilty study done at whatever )chinese) factory that cranks out this *. Do not take the chance. This company is a rip off.
