When the compressor runs it adds a slightly louder vibration type noise thats slightly lower in pitch than its normal running sound

The big soleus puts out a lot of cool air even 15 years later and it also works as a fan a heater and a humidifier it is a 2 hose hookup

They still fit terribly i cant understand why manufactures cant put a permanent attachment on the hose itself that then attached to the window slider and the unit all 3 of mine use this same type of attachment and all 3 suck

Anything with a motor is going to make some kind of noise but this was a smooth whisper that cancelled other sound and lulled me to sleep

The hose is too short for every window in my house and they’re just above hip height
