Pros

Bought at amazon because of the price and savings. Love the quietness. It is noisy, but not obnoxious.

Same brand as old one so no need to change attachments or *. The dimensions, plumbing outlets, and electrical locations are to the exact specs used for the e20. I’m sure you could find a fancier disposal, but this one is great!

Cons

Used the alan wrench and still nothing. No amount of working the shaft with the wrench loosens it up. Warranty is only 1 year long.
