Cheaper than buying a new control board. Should add a clickson to lengthen the fan time. Was slightly tricky to install. Worked great as a drop in replacement.
Spare fan relay for electric furnace. Used as an isolation relay for a self-powered humidifier. Works great to allow my new 24v smart thermostat to control my * millivolt furnace.

The other two wires with bare leads from the chime module would be connected to the coil leads of the relay

When wired correctly pressing the nest doorbell will activate the relay and the nutone intercom chime will go off along with the nest notification
