When i set them to change temp for the week they do in both heating and cooling modes

When your heatac guy installs one you can install the second duplicating his installation but you also have to very carefully you through the hidden menu settings read the manual and duplicate the settings from the first one

Warning if you set it wrong you will have to call in your heatingac company to correct it

Hint you can change to temperature to read plus or minus 4 degrees as well limit what max and min temps are for heating and cooling
