Pros

These gummies have a nice medium texture that is slightly chewy but dissolves readily. This is the best tasting & easiest of the turmeric/ginger gummies i’ve tried so far.

Mg of vitamin c and 250 mg of ashwagandha in a serving. The supplement also contains small amounts of b vitamins, biotin and zinc. I trust the emergen-c brand and consider them a reputable company with quality products.

Cons

The number one ingredient is sugar. Three tablets a day equates to 12 days. This requires 4 gummy type tablets per day so the bottle will empty rather quickly. These are a gimmick!
