Pros & Cons
Pros
Prenatal has good ingredients. Good clean ingredients with out the gritty feel or disgusting after taste. I like that it gives me folate instead of folic acid.

Cons
This prenatal contains only 20 mcg of iodine which is pathetic. Also, this prenatal has too much folate in it. Please do not risk it.
