I had no problems loading the program and recommend this for anyone that needs to turn their embroidery designs to work with their embroidery machine

It could be me but i went to youtube and saw how it works and this one doesnt work

I did drag and drop and put the fonts on my desk top folder and still i couldnt get it to work like it said it does
