It fools my body into feeling degrees cooler and avoids that “i’m burning up feeling’. No rash, but it's quite effective at relieving hot spells. I use this when i get hot or cold and it really works.

Highly recommend the embr wave. I know they are pricey, but unless you try it, you will never know. The device does exactly what it claims to do and apparently does it surprisingly well.

The app lets me set the type and intensity of cooling or warming. The hot flash setting is a life saver! I love the nighttime setting that keeps me cool all night.

It has modes for stress snd comfort. It also provides psychological reassurance. The improved quality of life that we're enjoying now outweigh these small negatives.

Cons

The device itself is somewhat bulky. Can only have it turned on for 10 mins at a time, then it shuts itself off. The comfort of the item is strange and it is bulky.
