For those reviewers that are saying that they couldnt get the tv to not droop because of the swivel function there are screws on the back of the piece that connects to the tv that must be tightened with a hex wrench not included after finding your desired placement

I was a little scared at first mounting my tv due to the price point but i figured it said it could hold twice the weight of my tv so it should be ok

The mount does not lock in the down position
