I could be wrong but it seems to collaborate with whatever you start off your session with so if you are tight going in then the results of each exercise session seems to be based off that initial test

So if you are tensed up or lifting in the middle of your session while doing an exercise it will register as the gem increasing

For some that might be hard to do but as you start using it you start instinctively knowing how to relax it since you have the feedback to know when you are not relaxed

There are some days where it just doesnt register the strengths properly or at all
