To no avail i was sent a 2day shipping slip via email in which i sent my pc to their factory in delaware
Although i initially gave it a 2 star once they did get into contact with me and i had the laptop sent it was a very fast process
Packaging/appearance
I really like the slim design of the labtop with a powerful set of hardware components
However there is a bright pixel on the screen
Was working completely fine until about 4 weeks ago it shut down completely
My 1 year old niece dragged her grimy toddler hands across the top and it looked like the day i pulled it out of the box
Competitiveness
Plus it is always nice to see a new company strive in the market full of competition
Its a few hundred dollars cheaper than other similarly specd laptops
