The mechanism with the leatherette hook makes it a very secure stand the downside of course is that you cant access the surface 3s own 3way stand this is true of every case ive seen and to be honest im not sure if it can be addressed

Its also a sort of wobbly interface that protects the inner two left if youre holding your surface in portrait mode with the button on the bottom corners but leaves the other two corners somewhat exposed due to the looseness of the holster

Design of screen prop is a little tentative and not as simple to use as the stand that is built in to the surface 3
