Pros

This hat fit my husbands head nicely. It is adjustable to fit my 8yr old head. Adjustable to fit any size. It's cute, fits adults, and should last quite a while.

Cons

This is not adult sized nor does it match the measurements given. Without even using the velcro strap, it's very tight. How sad, how unspeakably dreary.
