Pros

Best feature is the quick flip-up of the top for easy refill. The top locks and can be opened by popping up the lid without having to fully unscrew the entire lid for a refill. It also has a locking button and clear top so there is no spill.

I call this my cantaloupe bottle. A+ plus for durability. I hope this is just an outlier experience because it is really great for travel.

Great size and the thermal tasking to keep water cool lasts a long time. If i have to leave it in the car while running errands, it is nice to come back to the car and drink cool water.

The silicone sippy part allows for easy drinking even while riding/driving. It has a comfortable sip nozzle, plus the straw detaches easily for cleaning. It can be refilled without unscrewing the lid.

Cons

Their website says they’ll respond to emails within 48 hours during the business week, but apparently they lied about that too. Disappointed about how complicated the cap is designed.
