And 220, ordered the xl and it fit well. It has a beautiful satin ribbon belt also. Only complaint is it didn't come with the matching ribbon as shown in pictures.
Not cheap quality at all. Well made, fits great, and budget friendly!

Color is highlighter yellow, not big bird yellow like the photos suggest. It’s only the elastic waistband!

Using this for a cosplay costume and was surprised its very substantial has tons of nice fluffy layers and a nice slip so it isnt see through

If you’re a size 12 order one size small as the waist band is elastic and the tulle is a bit puffy
