Pros
The instructions on how to train your dog to acclimatise to it are fantastic.
We have a labrador and he's 14 weeks old. The cage when it's just him and his mat in there is massive. I have a border collie puppy with a big bed and the bed fits in perfectly.
Cons
Out of 4 hinges aren't fit for purpose and we can't fix it even with tools. Latches are very poor and need a lot of fiddling to engage or release. Tried to put it together but it is very poorly made. Have 6 slices on my hands/fingers trying to assembl... Read More
Just a little flimsy. It seems like a product that has been given little thought in design and churned out despite its shortcomings. It is not a smooth process and wakes my puppy up from all the noise i make while battling to lock/unlock.
Very disappointed, waste of money, unusable. Don't buy this cage, i really have to fight it closed and i'm a big bloke. It was returned straight away unused.

This is a great crate i returned only because it was too big for our pup but did buy the smaller size from same range

The tray came out with the movement of the dog in the cage

In this case had the dog flattened the end it could have walked out of the cage

Fortunately the dog had only collapsed it half way into the cage
