This cone is made from some sort of coated heavy paper board so it wont hold up forever to a really aggressive scratcher and theres no loops to lock it onto a collar so if the dog is determined they might be able to force it off

For those trying to figure out what size to buy the sm fits my french bulldogs 14 neck would probably stretch to fit a 16 max and could snug down to 13 and maybe even 12
