I hope this review doesn't disappoint. They’re coated, and long lasting. Replacing them constantly is a pain and gets expensive.

The same plastic layer protects the string from sweaty hands and moisture.

It just makes me wonder if the ones i received are legit as another reviewed had wondered as well. Goin back to dr's. Over the years i keep hoping elixir is going to surprise me but they continue to disappoint.

I think there's a chance that some of these packs are chinese counterfeits. The very first string i replaced snapped like a twig under very minimal tension.

    There is a difference and if you dont know i invite you to do some research before committing to an investment as it could make your guitar sound better and last longer
