Pros
Looks great and it's very sturdy. It cleans easily using a bottle brush.
The tenant has to use our porch for smoking. The tenants appreciate someplace to dispose of their cigarettes. This is perfect for keeping butts out of our grass/fire pit/driveway.
This looks very classy. It actually looks pretty nice. Looks great. Looks decent. Made very well.
Cons

And it is locked which means that there is no dumping of the catch basin where it should not be dumped

Also no locking bolts so it could be stolen off of your wall if you live in a bad area
