The flap doesn’t stay open in front would be nice if it had a tie because the dog didn’t want to go in there

The reason for this review is that i purchased this second one for our new pup and when it arrived it arrived in an oversized box and was not in its original packaging as in my first purchase

For that reason im going to save myself the hassle of returning the crate and just keep it

Beware that you may or may not receive a new product even if you purchased and paid for a new product and not a usedopen one

The only reason i took out one star is because i wish there was an option for a solid zipper flap or cover on top of the crate
