Compared to the focupix, this screen almost makes it seem like i have a new projector with a fresh bulb! Would highly recommend to others reviewing screens to go with elite. Dont even think twice just hit the buy button and be amazed.

Black felt boarder is brilliant to stop the bleed. Two special sealer coats from diytheater.
The reflectivity of the screen is very good. Only a couple of imperfections in the frame. Screen has a slight crease which is slowly working itself out.
Cons
This screen is no where close to the 120 diag. The wall anchors are equidistant from the ceiling, but the screen frame on which it will be hung upon itself seems to be misaligned. I bought this screen because it claims to support ultra short throw.

The major drawback is attempting to clean it we already have marks on the screen and were not sure if attempting to clean those marks will further decrease the picture quality
