The frame is very nice and the black boarder is metal for the edge of the screen. It has a matte finish and provides a nice, tight border for the projection screen. Easy to assemble and uniform tightness around the entire material.

Cons

Below my expectation by a longshot. I have zero confidence that they are ever going to make things right. Please do not buy this product.

The perforations are extremely noticeable. It's almost like splotches from a bad paint job. The image is much darker than when i projected on my white wall and also very grainy.

Honestly i had no idea it included a light strip so i was pleasantly surprised when i saw that in the packaging

To put edge border up you literally need to put screws into the back wrapped around portion of the screen

The packaging and instructions were great and the screen arrived sooner than expected
