At first glance it is not obvious you have 3 different ways to use this buffet. It cleans up well and is well-made.
Each tray has a see thru dome lid with a handle and a slot to put a serving spoon thru. The plastic covers are reasonably sturdy, but kinda light weight. The pans look small but they held 5 pounds of different meats and other foods.
Cons
Even after two hours of using the assembled units with hot water in the trays, the max temperature one tray achieved was 134 f. The heating element has only a dial from min to max. We only use this on the weekends and this only lasted 3 weekends befor... Read More

Got it just in time for thanksgiving used it for the turkey and the ham and it worked just fine no issue
We often host holiday dinners and these allow me to get a lot of the meal ready before they arrive
One of the lids came cracked and i contacted the company the same day and 9 days later i still haven’t heard back from them
They did keep the food at a great temp and got hot fastthey came just in time for our small thanksgiving gathering

Imo these electric elite gourmet warmers are far superior for the following reasons
Why i chose elite gourmet there are a few manufacturers that make this style of buffet warmer and based on amazon reviews none are perfect
Bottom line at this time i think these elite gourmet triple tray buffet servers are the best deal out there
So i looked at cost and the little differences where elite gourmet beat the others
