The mesh is just right so the cheese at any stage doesnt stick while draining and when we drain off yogurt it also does not stick in the mesh

The seams are pointing out and they are covered with an extra piece of fabric making them stronger instead of inside the bag like my last purchase which caused the nut pulp to get stuck in the grooves causing me to have to turn them inside out to avoid this
