Writing this review after 2 years of usage. The service is prompt. Thanks elica and thank you for such a good product.
Cons
Elica service is really very bad and panthetic. Prestige has better and quick after sale support. Zero customer service by elica.
No response from customer care,no technician, absolutely nothing. The installation service was also not done. Since its in warranty period service is free.
Glass cracks while usage early morning while boiling 1. Is this a joke? It takes soooo many attemp to light this gas stove. The knob is very hard to operate.
