The moulding itself is soft and durable and works great. If it were stronger, i’d worry about the residue it left behind when i was done using the foam padding, so it’s probably the appropriate strength.

Works like a charm.
It comes with double sided tape to attach. The adhesive isn't super strong, but it keeps it adhered. It sticks perfect.

Itll still hurt to hit your head but the padding will help mitigate some damage

I personally didnt have an issue with the bumper stretching out or whatever but because it comes curved in a roll you have to straighten it out

I found it easiest to put the tape on one side sticky face on the bumper and to peel as i pressed onto a surface

It sticks alright onto straight untextured surfaces but if you place this somewhere that gets a lot of contact im pretty sure itll peel right off
