Pros
The keepsake box contains the elf and the book and looks very festive. Very giftable, sturdiness and durability well find out! My kids love elf on the shelf.
Cons
The book is only about 10 pages long and isn't a story at all. The elf was made so terribly and awful quality. Completely detached, not sewn in or glued in, just folded and placed inside.
This was obviously perused. Some of his body seems are already tearing up. One thread. Among a million other tiny threads hanging out.

Either way the purchase from amazon was flawless and a great price
