Pros

Yhis is much cheaper than any electrolyte drink. Encourages me to drink more water and the electrolytes keep me hydrated. Drinking more water with the eletes seem to reduce legs cramps so that i hardly get cramps anymore.

This is extremely helpful before bikram yoga and i appreciate that it's flavorless. I prefer the plain, non-flavored elete over the citrus, although the citrus flavor is just a hint.

Cons

The smell and taste are putrid! Definitely won't be using amazon for anymore electrolyte purchases. It has a greasy look and taste.

I bought this to bring with me on vacation since i did not have enough room to pack a bottle of pedialyte a day

This brand is truly flavorless unlike other brands i’ve tried

Another brand i tried made the drink lose carbonation and taste a little flat i’m not sure if this will do the same
